Parents may register their children using one of several convenient methods. PLEASE NOTE: If your child played previously for Columbia United FC or a branch of the Columbia YMCA, and we already have his/her birth certificate on file, you will not need to provide a new copy. If your child has not played for either, you will need to mail us a copy of his/her birth certificate. Methods you may use to register include:
1. Register and pay on-line and mail in birth certificate if first time player. Please click Register Online to complete the registration process online. This is the easiest!
2. Print a downloadable hardcopy form, complete it and mail it in with a check and copy of birth certificate if you are a first-time player. Please click Fall 2008 Registration Form for the form.
3. Paper applications are available at the following locations and can be dropped off in the league dropbox (don’t forget to include your payment check and copy of birth certificate!):
- All branches of the Columbia YMCA
- Corner Kick Soccer store at 701 St. Andrews Road located about 1/2 mile west of Irmo High School
- Soccer Plus Store at 8502 Two Notch Road located just north of I-77
