All coaches are required to attend each season’s coaches meeting for their age group.
Each Community Division has at least one coordinator that can help your team get organized and answer any questions you may have. A current list of Community Division contacts is listed on the
Community Division Contacts page.
Keep abreast of what’s going on with Columbia United YMCA by checking our Recreation page on a regular basis. This is the best way to know when we are holding clinics or other special events.
Each coach will receive before the first game:

Columbia United YMCA allows and encourages sponsorship of recreational teams. For more information, please contact either your YMCA Sports Director or the Columbia United FC Fundraising Officer.
Team and individual photos are taken each season. The schedule for photos will be posted on the website at least three days in advance prior.
In case of inclement weather on practice and games, coaches and parents should refer to our website (Field Status) to find out if the complex where the game is scheduled to be played is open or closed. You can also call 1-866-946-2832 ext. 50 to listen to our weather hotline. We try to update this information as quickly as possible but weather can change quickly, and if you are unsure, please contact your coach. Help keep our fields in the best shape possible by not practicing on them when they are wet! Fields will close if the conditions are wet and soggy.
