Congratulations to all players who participated in the Columbia United FC 2009-2010 Season Select Tryouts. We had a great turnout and were very impressed with the talents of many players.
Team rosters are posted by age group and gender to the left.
To accept your team position select the option to the left to Accept Team Online. You are not officially rostered until you have completed the online acceptance and have paid your initial Registration fees.

Required Forms for Fall 2009 Season:
U13-U14 Select Player Financial Contract-- required to be turned in by June 1, 2009, to your team manager.
U15-U18 Select Player Financial Contract-- required to be turned in by June 1, 2009, to your team manager
Select Players Off-Field Code of Conduct (signed and kept by Team Manager)
SCYSA Medical Release (must be notarized with a raised seal--to be given to team manager at Team Meeting)
A copy of your birth certificate if you have not played Select or Academy soccer with Columbia United FC in the past.
