U9 - U10 (6 v 6)...$400*
U11 - U12 (8 v 8)... $450*
U13 - U19 (11 v 11)... $525*

*Note:  if your club is not a member of USYSA (i.e., SCYSA, NCYSA, GYSA, etc.), there will be an additional $50 insurance fee. 
This applies to US Club Soccer and AYSO clubs.
