Checks presented to Columbia United FC or Columbia United YMCA Recreational Youth Soccer League that are returned by the Payee's bank for any reason (insufficient funds, bank account closed, stop payment, etc.) are charged a $30 fee by Columbia United FC's bank.  The $30 charge is an automatic bank charge and is not credited to Columbia United FC's account.
